Smart Care Equipment Solutions transitioned Justin Verke to vice president of transformation from vice president of service. In this new role, Verke will work closely with Smart Care’s mergers and acquisition team performing operational integration and process implementation.

Smart Care has grown through acquisition in recent years, purchasing four companies since 2017. These deals include the February of 2019 acquisition of Mid-South Maintenance, a Tennessee-based service agent; the June 2018 acquisition of Remco, an Alabama-based service agent and the July 2018 deal for Alpro, a New York-based company.
