Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers Update Corporate Infrastructure

Henny Penny, Hoshizaki America and Electrolux made a series of updates.

Henny Penny is in the midst of adding 150,000 square feet to its facility in Eaton, Ohio. The project represents a 35 percent space increase that will accommodate additional production capacity, space for product research and development as well as employee wellness.

Hoshizaki America opened a new sales and distribution facility in Lewis Center, Ohio. The 25,000 square foot facility serves as the primary distribution center for Hoshizaki America in the North Central region.

In an attempt to further distinguish its line of consumer and home products from those items geared toward commercial use, Electrolux has introduced the Electrolux Professional brand. Brands beneath the Electrolux Professional umbrella include SkyLine, a line of ovens and blast chillers for cook-chill applications; SpeeDelight, high-speed cooking equipment and a collection of products suitable for use in making hot, chilled and frozen beverages as well as soft serve ice cream.
