Juice It Up! hired Susan Taylor to serve as vice president of operations for the smoothie, raw juice, and superfruit bowl chain.

Taylor’s background includes 14 years with Jamba, where she served as senior director of franchise operations. Her resume also includes stints with Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill, Baja Fresh and Chevy’s Fresh Mex.

In her new role at Juice It Up! Taylor will oversee all aspects of operations including franchise development, real estate, training, store design and construction.

Juice It Up! has more than 100 locations open or under development across California, New Mexico, Oregon and Texas.
