PBAC, a New York-based independent manufacturers’ rep firm, hired Barbara Tokofsky to serve as a sales account executive.

Tokofsky began her foodservice equipment career with Hobart. Her background also includes working as Metro New York sales manager for Consolidated Equipment.

Larry Cantamessa, president of PBAC, said Tokofsky will be a key addition to support the company’s growing focus on healthcare foodservice.
