CFS Brands has expanded its global presence with the acquisition of Cepillos El Castor, a manufacturer of cleaning brushes and color-coded products in Mexico and Latin America.
The newly acquired company will operate as a stand-alone entity of CFS Brands. Cepillos El Castor’s headquarters are in Guadalajara, Mexico.
CFS Brands is the parent company of Carlisle FoodService Products, San Jamar, Dinex, Sparta Brush, Marko, Snap Drape and Piper.
