Steelite International has reached an agreement to purchase the assets of D.W. Haber & Son, the Bronx, N.Y., manufacturer of metal banquet and buffet products. The deal includes both D.W. Haber & Son and Kenny Mack Designs.
D.W. Haber & Son started in 1902 as a silver repair company. The Haber customer base includes casinos, resorts, hotel groups and club operations. Recent international expansion has allowed Haber to compete globally, offering their quality and value-centric banquet and buffet worldwide.
David Haber, CEO and president of D.W. Haber & Son, will assist in the transition of ownership, per a release announcing this deal.
