Smart Care Equipment Solutions promoted Gyner Ozgul to senior vice president of operations for the service agent. In his new role Ozgul assumes responsibility for Smart Care’s various operations teams, which include the following functions: service, safety, technical training and support, IT, customer care, customer success, supply chain, fleet and OEM business development.

Ozgul joined Smart Care in 2003 and has since held positions of increasing responsibilities.

Earlier this year, Smart Care acquired Mid South Maintenance, a Tennessee-based service agent.
