Irinox North America, a manufacturer of blast chillers and shock freezers for the commercial foodservice industry, added Robert Bratton to its sales organization. Bratton will serve as corporate chef and regional sales manager for Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada.
Bratton brings a diverse background to his new role with Irinox. His background includes working as a chef for a variety of restaurant concepts and as a regional sales manager for Rational. Bratton also holds a culinary arts degree from The Culinary Institute of America.
