LondonHouse Chicago appointed Samantha Santiago Torres to serve as executive pastry chef.
Samantha Santiago TorresIn her new role, Santiago Torres will work alongside Executive Chef Jacob Verstegen to create pastries for guests at two LondonHouse establishments, LH Rooftop and Bridges.
Santiago Torres began her culinary career by studying at Camilo José Cela University in Madrid, Spain, with a Ferrán Adriá chair professorship. Her background includes working in a variety of international markets and Compass Group in Denver.
