Matfer Bourgeat USA, the North American subsidiary of France-based Matfer Bourgeat Group, announced a series of personnel moves.

Charlie Tsai was named vice president of sales, replacing Niklas Ivarsson. A French-trained pastry chef, Mardi Balgochian assumes the position of director of marketing and communications. In her new role, Balgochian becomes responsible for marketing strategy and brand identity, reputation management, partnerships and philanthropy. 

Other key new hires include Cassandra Rogers, customer service supervisor, and Beth Pleeter, regional sales and key accounts manager in the company’s East Coast region.
