Curtis Restaurant Equipment opened a 13,000 square foot branch office and showroom in Boise, Idaho. The Oregon-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer now operates five locations.
The new location features a showroom and demonstration kitchen. Five Curtis associates staff the Boise location.
Curtis reported annual revenues of $27.89 million in 2017, making it the country’s 53rd largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer, per FE&S’ 2018 Distribution Giants Study.
