Chef Joseph Elevado was named chief culinary officer for Prep Kitchen, a San Diego-based multi-unit operator.
In his new role, Elevado will oversee the entire Prep Kitchen culinary team at the brand's four locations, curate signature menu items, and provide a vision and direction for the restaurants’ dining experience.
Elevado’s background includes serving as executive chef for the Nobu Empire in both New York City and Los Angeles. He also served as executive chef at Social House in Las Vegas, L'Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills, and most recently at Andrea's Restaurant at Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas.
IAM Hospitality purchased Prep Kitchen in January 2018 and plans to open a fourth location in April 2018.
