Martin Heierling will become the first-ever chief culinary officer for sbe, a lifestyle hospitality company. In his new role, Heierling will lead the culinary efforts for sbe subsidiary Disruptive Restaurant Group’s portfolio of concepts.
He joins the company as a consultant through the end of the year and will assume the position full-time at the start of 2018, per a release announcing the news.
Prior to joining sbe, Heierling served as culinary director for STARR Restaurant Organization based in Philadelphia.
