Hard Rock International named Michael Coury to the role of corporate executive chef to lead menu development for the company's 178 Hard Rock Cafes.
Coury’s background includes 25 years in the restaurant industry, most recently as the executive chef for OTG Management in New York City, which operates food and retail concepts at airport terminals. He is a graduate of the International Culinary Institute and additionally trained at the California Sushi Academy and Italy’s Toscana Di Saporita.
