HHM hired Josh Levine to serve in the newly created position of senior vice president of restaurants and bars for the provider of turnkey hotel management, investment, and development services. Levine will focus on HHM’s luxury Independent Collection’s food and beverage outlets and offerings; eventually overseeing all restaurants and bars under the HHM portfolio.
Levine joins HHM from STARR Restaurants, where he was vice president of operations and was responsible for the performance of 34 restaurants and bars, which includes such concepts as Buddakan, Barclay Prime, El Vez and Upland. Prior to STARR, Levine spent time in California as director of operations with Kings Seafood Company.
HHM, formerly known as Hersha Hospitality Management, operates nearly 135 hotels across the United States.
