Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar named Kevin Carroll to the role of senior vice president, chief operations officer. He joined the restaurant chain in 2017 as vice president of operations.
Prior to his role at Applebee’s, Carrol served in a variety of roles at Chili’s, including senior vice president. Early in his career, he also served as general manager for an Applebee’s restaurant in Nashville.
