Alto-Shaam, a Wisconsin-based foodservice equipment manufacturer, added four people to its team and welcomed back a previous associate.
Paul Demczak, director of product management: Demczak becomes responsible for strategic development of the company’s Vector Series Multi-Cook Ovens and will lead other product development projects. He has 20 years of experience in product management, including five years managing a product line for another commercial foodservice equipment manufacturer.
John Gruver, senior regional culinary manager, Northeast: Gruver’s background includes working in executive chef, management and consulting roles in a variety of markets throughout the United States. He most recently worked as consultant for a New York grocery store chain.
Kari Fulton, vice president of national accounts-retail: Fulton has held various positions in sales management and business development within the foodservice industry, including previously working with Alto-Shaam and a manufacturer of walk-in coolers.
Tim Murphy, product specialist: Murphy becomes responsible for supporting the commercialization of Alto-Shaam’s Vector Multi-Cook Ovens by assisting with startups and conducting rep group trainings. He was a field marketing specialist at Appliance Innovation before joining Alto-Shaam. Murphy’s foodservice industry background also includes serving in director and management positions for Aramark, Compass and Marriott International.
Bob Dellert, vice president of national accounts-foodservice: Dellert comes to Alto-Shaam from Appliance Innovation, where he served as director of strategic accounts.
