Multiconcept operator makes a four-unit chain its sixth concept.
Multiconcept operator Firebird Restaurant Group LLC has acquired Village Burger Bar from its founding owners, husband and wife duo Mike and Susan Matta. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The first Village Burger Bar opened in 2005 in Dallas and today the concept has four locations, all in Texas.
Firebird’s portfolio of restaurant concepts encompasses 48 locations spanning 2 sates. The company’s menu of concepts includes El Fenix Mexican Restaurant, Meso Maya, Taqueria La Ventana, Snuffer’s Restaurant & Bar and Tortaco.
