Tom Brennan was named chief operating officer for CKE Restaurants Holdings, parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s. In his new role, Brennan will work directly with franchisees to drive sales through rebuilding back-of-the-house operations to create efficiencies and impact at the store level.
Prior to joining CKE, Brennan spent nearly 11 years with 7-Eleven working in a variety of roles including store operations, merchandising, and store development. Previously Brennan worked at the Target Corporation as a part of the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis team, and spent 6 years on active duty as part of the U.S. Army’s Armor Corps.
The company also named Jeff Jenkins chief marketing officer and promoted Chip Seigel to chief legal officer.
