CIA to Launch BS Degree Program

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the Culinary Institute of America available in September 2018.

Classes are set to start in the fall of 2018 for The Culinary Institute of America’s Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management degree. The new program will offer hospitality education combined with the CIA’s well-known culinary instruction.

Offered through the CIA’s School of Business and Management at its New York campus, the program will emphasize a strong base in food and beverage, according to the CIA. It will consist of 30 credits and include wine studies and table service in addition to culinary and baking skills.
