On the heels of MTY Food Group Inc.'s acquisition of The Works Gourmet Burger Bistro, the franchisor added Steak Frites St-Paul and Giorgio Ristorante to its portfolio for $0.3 million. Giorgio Restaurants operates six Canadian restaurants and Steak Frites St-Paul operates nine.
