MTY Food Group Inc. will acquire the assets of The Works Gourmet Burger Bistro for $8 million. The Works’ operates 27 restaurants in Ontario, Canada.
The deal should close by the end of June, 2017. Bruce Mille will maintain his role as president of The Works according to a release announcing the deal.
