Evans Brewing Company named Micah Schiesel the director of operations for the craft brewer’s The Public House division. He was formerly the director of restaurant operations at Golden Road Brewery.
The Public House by Evans Brewing Co. marks the brewer’s first restaurant and tasting room, located in Fullerton, Calif. A second mall location in Huntington Beach, Calif., is under construction. A gourmet food truck is also in the works.
