Cheryl Bachelder will step down from her post as CEO of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at the closing of the company’s previously announced sale to Restaurant Brands International Inc. RBI will name a new Popeyes leader at that time.
Bacheldor joined Popeyes in 2006 as a member of the quick-serve chicken chain’s board of directors. In November 2007, she was named CEO.
