First Watch, a Florida-based breakfast and lunch concept, hired Lilah Taha-Rippett to serve as its vice president of purchasing. Taha-Rippett has worked in various leadership capacities for such restaurant companies as Benihana, Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., Uno Chicago Grill and QDoba Mexican Grill.
In a related announcement, First Watch hired Laura Sorensen to fill the new role of chief people officer and Eric Hartman to serve as chief development officer.
