Zach Koff was named the first chief operating officer for Shake Shack Inc., the fast-casual burger concept.
His background at Shake Shack includes serving as director of operations, vice president of operations and senior vice president of operations. Prior to joining Shake Shack in 2010, Koff held various operations roles with Bravo Brio Restaurant Group.
Shake Shack also announced that Jeff Uttz will retire as CFO in March 2017. The company is searching for a replacement.
