Daniel Gallery V is the new president of Carts of Colorado, a manufacturer of kiosks for food and retail businesses. Gallery assumes the president role from his father, Daniel Gallery IV.
Gallery IV will remain as CEO and founder, and will have a seat on the board of directors along with his sister Debbie Gallery. The siblings began selling the hot dogs on Denver’s 16th Street Mall from a modular cart they invented. That led to the duo to develop new carts and the manufacturing business.
