With a start date of Sept. 6, Ric Scicchitano assumes the role of president of Which Wich Superior Sandwiches. This is a newly created position for the Dallas-based chain.
Scicchitano’s background includes 25 years at Corner Bakery Cafe and a culinary and baking degree from New York’s Culinary Insitute of America.
