Dorothy Cudia
The Middleby Corp., Elgin, Ill., named Dorothy Cudia vice president of Middleby Automated Solutions. She will focus on bringing emerging technology into foodservice in the newly created role.
Cudia’s background includes 25 years of experience in automation and process control, most recently with Darden. She also holds a degree in mechanical engineering.
