Model store serves as test site and training center
SubZero Ice Cream’s new corporate headquarters in Provo, Utah, includes a model store prototype that doubles as testing ground for new menu items.
The updated store design includes a new countertop with inset bowls, allowing staff to freeze and scoop ice cream in the same location; high-definition electronic menu boards and new scientific brand imagery. The chain is known for its made-to-order 321-degree liquid nitrogen ice cream creations.
