The Boelter Companies, Inc. has acquired Premier Restaurant Equipment Company based in Minneapolis. Moving forward, Premier will operate as Boelter Premier under the leadership of Steve Trebisovsky, a longtime member of Boelter’s Minneapolis team.
The Boelter Companies will retain Premier’s associates, and will consolidate the Boelter and Boelter Premier operations in Minneapolis.
In 2015, The Boelter Companies recorded $305 million in annual revenues, making it the 5th largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer in the country, per FE&S’ 2016 Distribution Giants Study. Premier reported $35.52 million in revenues, making it the nation’s 44th largest dealer.
Acquiring Premier represents the latest in a series of growth moves taken by Boelter in recent years. For example, in April 2015 the company acquired Georgia-based Direct South and in 2014 it acquired Robert Gill & Company and opened an office in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
