As part of an asset sale, Atlanta-based PMG Ventures, Inc. has acquired Premier1Source and its subsidiaries Premier Foodshields and Premier Brass, manufacturers of food shields and displays.

The existing management group, consisting of Alex Mazingue, Greg Cottone and Chris Cummings, will continue to handle the day to day operations and have ownership interests in PMG Ventures, Inc.

PMG Ventures, Inc., also acquired a new Atlanta facility and moved its existing operations to 1835 MacArthur Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30318
