Former Henny Penny and Rational corporate chef Asher joins Swanson-Girard and Associates.
Swanson-Girard and Associates, a manufacturers’ rep firm based in North Carolina, added Chef Chuck Asher to its team.
In this newly created role of corporate chef and end-user specialist, Asher handles the culinary aspects of Swanson-Girard’s training seminars and product demonstrations in the company’s test kitchen. A 23-year veteran of the foodservice industry, Asher also travels throughout Swanson-Girard’s territory to work individually with operators to assist them in menu planning, operations consulting, and staff training.
Asher is a certified master chef whose background includes working in large athletic venues, hotels, high end country clubs and as a private chef. He has experience in foodservice equipment sales, too.
