Luciano Berti will continue as Chairman.
The Ali Group appointed Flilippo Berti CEO, effective September 1, 2016. He will be responsible for all of Ali Group’s operating companies worldwide.
Berti joined Ali Group in 2008 with the acquisition of Beverage-Air, where he was president. Most recently he served as CEO and Chairman of Ali Group North America.
Luciano Berti will continue on in his role as chairman and remained actively engaged in the company.
