Chef Corey Siegel is Electrolux Professional's newest corporate executive chef, working from the foodservice equipment manufacturer's Charlotte, N.C. headquarters.
A native of Albany, N.Y., Siegel will lead the Electrolux Professional Culinary Academy of Chefs and education seminars.
His background includes numerous accolades and serving as a member of the ACF's national culinary team.
