Multi-line foodservice equipment manufacturer Ali Group has acquired InterMetro Industries Corporation and its subsidiaries from Emerson. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
InterMetro Industries, which also goes to market under the name Metro, manufactures food storage and transport equipment.
