Former Steak ‘n Shake executive to assume assets and implementation role.

 Scott Gallagher joins quick-service restaurant chain The Krystal Company as vice president, new assets and implementation.

In his new role Gallagher becomes responsible for all aspects of restaurant refurbishment and new build implementation in support of more than 230 company-owned restaurants.

Gallagher comes to The Krystal Company from Steak ‘n Shake, where he spent the past eight years as the chain’s division president Southeast. His background also includes working with Chili’s Grill & Bar/Brinker International.
