Henry Klein is the new chief executive officer for GRILLiT, Inc. Klein, a longtime attorney, replaces Ghazi Hajj, who resigned his post with the Latin-Caribbean fusion restaurant concept. 

Hajj will remain as an advisor to the company and “will focus on a restaurant and bar concept with the enhancement of the health-oriented new menu through additional brands being brought to the company thru Mr. Klein and his management team,” according to a company release.

Klein brought a minimum of $900,000 equity to the company when he assumed the position of CEO, according to a letter to GRILLiT shareholders.

Klein’s legal background includes experience in such areas as anti-trust, banking, commercial, copyright, intellectual property, patent, securities and trade regulation law.
