The Legacy Companies today announced it has purchased Bevles, a producer of proofers, cabinets and racks for the both commercial foodservice and retail markets from Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The effective date of the sale is June 30, 2015.
