Henny Penny Updates Its Structure

Equipment manufacturer creates Global Customer Experience and Innovation and Operations Business Units

Henny Penny, an Ohio-based foodservice equipment manufacturer, has formed two new business units and named a series of company executives to lead them.

Leading the Global Customer Experience Business Unit is Steve Maggard. Previously vice president global sales, Maggard now serves as senior vice president of global customer experience, overseeing external customer relations worldwide, strategic accounts, parts and supplies, technical and customer service divisions, logistics and credit.

In addition, Henny Penny promoted Chris Trout to vice president of sales and business development, Ryan Kutter to vice president of strategic accounts and support, and Pierre Guilleminot is now vice president of international sales. All three are part of the Global Customer Experience Business Unit.

Leading the Innovation and Operations Business Unit is Jeff Kincer. Previously vice president of manufacturing and engineering, Kincer now serves as senior vice president of innovation and operations. Kincer will continue to oversee all internal operations including manufacturing, product development, innovation, engineering, quality control and adding a strong emphasis on supply chain management.
