Phil Keiser, president and chief operating officer of Culver Franchising System, Inc., will become chief executive officer and president, effective June 15, 2015.
Company co-founder Craig Culver will remain active with burger chain as its chairman of the board. In addition, he will continue to be visible in Culver's marketing efforts.
Keiser joined Culver's in 1996.
