The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD) acquired the assets of Marsal & Sons, Inc., a manufacturer of deck ovens based in Lindenhurst, N.Y. with annual revenues of approximately $5 million, according to a company release.
Marsal's product line includes deck, hearth bake and brick-fired ovens and specialized pizza refrigeration systems.
