Ruedinger replaces Mayhew as president and CEO for the Minnesota millwork manufacturer.
Daniel Ruedinger was named president and chief executive officer for Foldcraft Co., a Minnesota-based seating and millwork manufacturer, which includes such brands as Plymold, WB Powell and JH Carr.
Ruedinger has been a member of Foldcraft's Board of Directors since 2007 and replaces Charles Mayhew who has retired and continues as Chairman of the Board.
