Great Lakes West promoted Todd Heeter to vice president of operations.
In his new role, Heeter manages all aspects of installations and tracking sales forecasts for the Michigan-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer.
Heeter has been with Great Lakes West for 13 years. He previously served as senior project manager.
