30-year company veteran Lyerly gets promoted.
CKE Restaurants Holdings, parent company of the Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s restaurant chains, promoted Ned Lyerly to president of its international division from executive vice president.
In his new role Lyerly leads all facets of CKE’s international division, which added its 600th location earlier this year. Now operating in 31 countries, the international division accounts for 17 percent of the CKE system and is anticipated to represent more than 25 percent of the system by 2017, according to a company release.
A 30-year company veteran, Lyerly also held executive roles in such areas as global franchise development, international finance and marketing, and financial planning and analysis.
