Leverton takes over on July 23, 2014.
Thomas Leverton will become the new chief executive officer for CEC Entertainment, parent company of Chuck E. Cheese's. He succeeds Michael Magusiak, who retired as president and CEO on June 2, 2014.
Leverton recently served as CEO of Topgolf, a company in the golf entertainment space. Prior to that, he was CEO at Omniflight, an air medical operator with 75 locations across the country. Leverton’s career also includes experience with FedEx Office, TXU Energy, Johnson & Johnson and Bain & Company.
