French Culinary Institute alumni takes on a new culinary development role.
The Melting Pot Restaurants, a fondue chain, hired Chef Jason Miller to lead culinary development for its more than 135 restaurants in North America.
A 22-year veteran of the restaurant industry, Miller most recently served as executive chef and partner at The Capital Grille's Wall Street location. His background also includes working in culinary operations and development with the David Burke Group and Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group.
