Middleby acquired Market Forge in January.
Blodgett Ovens opened an additional facility in Essex, Vt., where it will build proprietary steam equipment that goes to market under its Market Forge brand.
Blodgett's parent company, Middleby Corp., purchased the assets of Market Forge Industries in January, and has moved all of the production, sales and engineering from Everett, Mass., to the new location.
Blodgett will assist Market Forge in the areas of service and support.
