East Coast Wings & Grill Updates Field Operations Team

Chain names Walsh director of unit-level field operations.

In his new position, Walsh is responsible for analyzing unit-level procedures, including identifying and eliminating poor practices that could ultimately affect store performance. In collaboration with the brand's new Unit-Level Economics/Quality Assurance division, he will assist franchisees in delivering stronger revenue and EBITDA.

Walsh joined East Coast Wings & Grill in June of 2013 as a member of the company's Field Division, where he was responsible for coordinating franchise unit inspections and consultations. Walsh also served as a liaison to the company's director of training and national director of unit-level economics to ensure quality and consistency with new unit drawings, red zone units and new unit training.
