Inez Ellingson passed away on May 11.
She was the wife of Byron Ellingson, formerly the president of Bargreen Ellingson, the Tacoma, Wash.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer.
She is survived by her husband Byron, their four sons: Paul, Rick, Bruce and Craig — and their wives and eight grandchildren.
